In January 2016, Brendan and Ciaran presented their talk, 'The Day Google AdWords Changed Forever' at Friends of Search in Amsterdam. They presented solutions to some big paid search challenges PPC marketers face including 'The Leaky Bucket' (loss of impression share which stems from not having sufficient budget to cover the market) and 'The Generic Keyword Conundrum' (chasing high volume, but very much top of the funnel keywords).
